Instructions and Sale Conditions

• Starting price: USD 9,900.00
• The vehicle can be inspected in the period 15 February – 2 March 2017, between 09:00 and 17:00 at the following address: # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau;
• The sale will be made to the highest bidder, based on the offers received;
• Bids, prepared in accordance with the form below, shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the UNDP Office at the address # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau, not later than 16:30 (local time) on 3 March 2017. The bids shall be marked with the note “Toyota Land Cruiser 150”. Late bids, or those submitted in un-sealed envelopes, shall not be considered. Offers can also be submitted electronically to the following email address: tenders-Moldova@undp.org;
• UNDP reserves the right to reject any bid without providing the reasons for doing so;
• Payment shall be made in cash or by bank transfer in Moldovan Lei at the UN Operational Rate of Exchange on the day of payment;
• The buyer agrees that the vehicle is sold “as is, where is”, in its present technical state without any written guarantees;
• The sold vehicle is not subject to return or exchange;
• The vehicle is NOT cleared of customs formalities;
• UNDP will provide a receipt that will serve as the official bill of sale. UNDP will retain diplomatic license plates and registration documents in order to de-register the vehicles. UNDP will arrange necessary documents (official letter to authorities to arrange de-registration and customs declaration) within five working days after receipt of payment. The buyer shall be responsible for all further expenses related to vehicle registration;
• The vehicle shall be handed-over only upon payment of full bid price;
• Payment and receipt of vehicle shall be done within five working days following the announcement of the winner;
• UNDP shall not bear the responsibility for any repairs or any other service charges of the sold vehicle;
• The buyer shall bear all related customs clearance, transportation and insurance costs of the sold vehicle.

Instrucţiuni şi Condiţii de Vânzare                                

• Prețul de pornire: USD 9,900.00
• Examinarea vehiculului poate fi efectuată în perioada 15 Februarie – 2 Martie 2017, între orele 09:00 şi 17:00, la următoarea adresă:  str. 31 august 1989, 131, Chişinău;

• Vehiculul va fi vândut licitantului care va propune cel mai mare preţ, în baza ofertelor primite;
• Ofertele pregătite în conformitate cu formularul de mai jos vor fi prezentate în plicuri sigilate la sediul PNUD, situat la adresa:  Chişinău, str. 31 august 1989,131, nu mai târziu de ora 16:30 (ora locală), la 3 Martie 2017. Ofertele trebuie să poarte inscripţia “Toyota Land Cruiser 150”. Ofertele expediate după termenul-limită sau prezentate în plicuri nesigilate nu vor participa la licitaţie. Ofertele pot fi prezentate, de asemenea, în format electronic la următoarea adresă: tenders-Moldova@undp.org;
• PNUD îşi rezervă dreptul de a respinge orice ofertă fără a prezenta justificări;
• Plata se va efectua în numerar sau prin transfer bancar, în lei moldoveneşti, la rata de schimb stabilită de ONU în ziua de plată;
• Cumpărătorul acceptă ca vehiculul să fie vândut „în starea curentă şi având amplasarea actuală”, în starea tehnică în care se află la moment şi fără anumite garanţii în formă scrisă;
• Vehiculul vândut nu poate fi returnat sau schimbat;
• Vehiculul NU a fost supus formalităţilor vamale;
• PNUD va oferi o adeverinţă care va servi drept contract oficial de vânzare. PNUD va retrage plăcuţele de înmatriculare diplomatice şi documentele de înmatriculare pentru a scoate de la evidenţă vehiculul dat. PNUD va oferi documentele necesare (scrisoare oficială pentru autorităţile competente, în vederea scoaterii de la evidenţă a vehiculul, precum şi declaraţia vamală) în termen de cinci zile lucrătoare după încasarea plăţii. Cumpărătorul va suporta cheltuielile ulterioare, aferente înregistrării vehiculului;
• Vehiculul va fi predat doar după achitarea completă a preţului oferit în cadrul licitaţiei;
• Plata şi ridicarea vehiculului se va efectua în decurs de cinci zile lucrătoare după anunţarea câştigătorului licitaţiei;
• PNUD nu va purta răspunderea pentru lucrările de reparaţie sau orice alte modificări efectuate vehiculului vândut; 
• Cumpărătorul va suporta toate cheltuielile legate de vămuire, transportare şi asigurarea vehiculului vândut.
