The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Procurement of medicines for Diabetes treatment for the National and Special Public Health Programmes to the Ministry of Health in Moldova. UNDP is hereby amending Invitation to Bid as per Amendment 1 dd 14 March 2017 attached hereto. UNDP is hereby publishing Pre-bidding conference minutes as of 10 March 2017.
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
