Overview:

MIDL seeks specialized company (hereinafter Service Provider) to assist the Edinet City Hall and Administrator of Edinet Industrial park in carrying out the planned activities. The overall objective of the requested consulting services is to provide assistance and carry out activities to strengthen the institutional and management capacity of the Edinet IP and employees of the Edinet City Hall and to facilitate the creation of appropriate conditions for attracting of new investors-residents in Edineţ IP.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
