Overview:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Supply of medicines for the National Rare Diseases Health Programme to the Ministry of Health (MoH) in Moldova, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annexes 2-4.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
