Overview:

United Nations Development Programme hereby invites you to submit your quotation for Portable Body Cameras for the Border Police Department as described in the Annex 1 to this request for quotation.

On Friday, 19 May 2017 at 11:00 (Moldova local time) UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 2nd floor, room 201, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova.

Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. Companies can participate at pre-bid conference through skype conference as well. To confirm participation, please, send a message to liuba.livadari@undp.org by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, 18 May 2017.

UPDATE: Amendment 1 to RfQ including update of Tecnical Specifications have been published.
 

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
