Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the supply of medical equipment, as mentioned in the title. The offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

On 13 June 2017 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference at “Le Roi” Business Center, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to liuba.livadari@undp.org by 12 June 2017, 15:00.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 22 June 2017 at 16:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 22/06/2017: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for the competition until 29 June 2017, 16:00 (Moldova local time). Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 301B, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 29 June 2017 at 16:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 27/06/2017: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. The Invitation to Bid document is amended to make certain corrections in various of its parts. Changes are marked in red within the document.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.
