Overview:

UNDP Moldova invites interested companies which have demonstrated experience in undertaking civil works in Moldova to submit their bids for undertaking Repair works in Rabnita and Rezina Chess Halls (on the both banks of the Nistru river).

On 19 June 2017 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organize a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at Le Roi Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, room 305 - Conference Room, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. To confirm participation, please, send a message to liliana.caterov@undp.org by COB on Friday, 16 June, 2017.

Bids must be submitted on or before 15:00 (Moldova local time) on 06 July 2017. Late bids shall be rejected.

An open Bid-opening will take place on 06 July 2017, 15:00 (Moldova local time) at UN House Conference Room, #131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova.

UPDATE: Minutes of the Pre-bidding Conference dated 19 June 2017 are now published.

UPDATE 23/06/2017: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. The Invitation to Bid document is amended to make certain corrections in various of its parts. Changes are marked in red within the document.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.
