The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the:

support organization of the fiscal lottery in Moldova.

The scope of the consultancy is to develop a methodological framework for design, implementation and M&E of a fiscal lottery policy experiment in Moldova, to provide technical support to State Tax Service to conduct the experiment in Moldova and to ensure data collection, statistical analysis and interpretation.
