Dear Sir / Madam:

 The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Development and implementation of a set of public surveys - EDMITE Project

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2 of this RFP.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

1. a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

   131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012, Chisinau
   Attention: Registry Office/Procurement
2. b) Offers sent electronically need to be addressed to the following e-mail address:

UPDATE 4/4/2018: The submitted bid must be password protected. The password shall be requested by UNDP office immediatelly after the deadline.
