The RFQ has been extended until 9 September 2019, 11:00
UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their offers for supplying an electic vehicle for UNICEF Moldova office.
The procurement is made under the condition of trading in two used office vehicles. The detailed vehicles description is attached as annex C to the solicitation document.
Please use the Quotation form attached as Annex B to the solicitation document to submit your offer. The Form is available in Word format as well.
Bidders wishing to submit their quotation must provide the best and final offer for the traded in vehicles in the Table 3 included in the Quotation Form.
The price should be provided in USD. No negotiations and offer corrections will be accepted. As the trade-in offer price will be deducted from the new electric vehicle price to determine the final purchase cost, bidders are encouraged to submit competitive offers.

How to apply. Hardcopy submissions:
Sealed bids must be received not later than 11:00 (GMT+2) on 9 September 2019 in one copy, duly signed and dated. The envelopes should be marked with company name and tender number: LRFQ-2019-9151071 Electric Vehicle.

How to apply. E-mailed submissions:
Proposals sent by e-mail must be received not later than 11:00 (GMT+2) on 9 September 2019 in one e-mail containing a scanned copy of the submission duly signed and dated, with the e-mail subject LRFQ-2019-9151071 Electric Vehicle. The official address for e-mail submission will be chisinautenders@unicef.org. The e-mail sent shall be free from viruses and corrupted files. Max. File Size per transmission: 15 MB.
The submissions should include the following:
- signed Bid Form,
- signed Quotation Form (annex B). If offering more than one vehicle, a separate quotation form for each vehicle is required.
- Company profile, registration certificate
- Offered vehicle description
- maintenance service works schedule for 100,000 km
- environmental compliance, certifications, labels, accreditations
- name and address of the authorized service in Moldova
- Origin certificates for the vehicles and spares
- Dealership/Sales Agent authorization issued by manufacturer
- any other relevant documents confirming the alignment with the vehicle requirements.
