Background

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through its Strengthening Democratic Resilience in Moldova (EDMITE III) Project seeks to contract a Team of Two International Experts on Digital Platform Regulation to contribute to strengthening Moldova's national policy discourse and legislative/regulatory options on digital platform regulation, drawing from comparative international and European experience and best practices, in a high-threat FIMI context and EU Integration.
