The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project "Strengthening Democratic Resilience in Moldova" (EDMITE III) that requires the services of an individual consultant to conduct an evidence-based analysis of Moldova’s electoral and information environment and to develop a comprehensive Voter Education Strategy and Implementation Matrix for the 2027 General Local Elections.
