The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), specifically the European Union Confidence Building Measures Programme (hereinafter the EU-CBM V Programme, funded by EU and implemented by UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your quotation for conducting Technical expertise of Circus from Chisinau city, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
