Overview:

United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, through "Addressing the impacts of the energy crisis in the Republic of Moldova" Programme, hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for Conducting a Thematic Opinion Poll "Public Opinion Barometer in the Field of Energy Issues", in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
