United Nations Development Programme, through UNDP “Enabling an Inclusive Green Transition in the Republic of Moldova" Project hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for facilitating the socialization of the Capacity Development Programme developed under the Green Transition Project, ensuring its alignment with the needs and expectations of key stakeholders and promoting shared ownership of its outputs in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
