Overview:

The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) is selling in “as-is” and “where-is” status the following equipment and furniture. Images of the items are also available in the following pages.

The furniture and equipment is located in UNAIDS office in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova and can be inspected on 05.11.2026 and 09.11.2026 from 09Hrs to 16Hrs.

The interested individuals can send their offers by email to plamadealas@unaids.org indicating the item number, description, quantity (if applicable) and the amount of their offer per each item.

Subject line: Offer for Purchase of Assets from UNAIDS Moldova.

The email must contain contact information to notify the bidder if his/her offer is the winning offer.

The buyer is responsible for transportation, and any assembly/disassembly works and its costs.

The deadline for submitting offers is 12.11.2026.

The items will be allocated to the best offer one day after the deadline and they must be fully paid and retired latest on 30.11.2026. Successful bidders will receive payment instructions and must complete payment within 5 working days of notification.

UNAIDS reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to withdraw any item from sale, and to accept the offer deemed most advantageous to the Organization.

Programul Comun al Națiunilor Unite privind HIV/SIDA (UNAIDS) vinde, în starea „așa cum este” și „în locația în care se află”, următoarele echipamente și piese de mobilier. Imagini ale bunurilor sunt disponibile, de asemenea, în paginile următoare.

Mobilierul și echipamentele sunt amplasate în biroul UNAIDS din Chișinău, Republica Moldova, și pot fi inspectate la data de 05.11.2026 și 09.11.2026, între orele 09:00 și 16:00.

Persoanele interesate pot transmite ofertele lor prin e-mail la adresa plamadealas@unaids.org, indicând numărul articolului, descrierea, cantitatea (după caz) și valoarea ofertei pentru fiecare articol.

Subiectul mesajului: Ofertă pentru achiziționarea bunurilor UNAIDS Moldova.

E-mailul trebuie să conțină datele de contact necesare pentru notificarea ofertantului în cazul în care oferta sa este declarată câștigătoare.

Cumpărătorul este responsabil de transportare, precum și de orice lucrări de montare sau demontare și costurile aferente acestora.

Termenul-limită pentru depunerea ofertelor este 12.11.2026.

Bunurile vor fi atribuite celei mai avantajoase oferte în ziua următoare expirării termenului-limită, iar acestea trebuie achitate integral și ridicate cel târziu până la data de 30.11.2026. Ofertanții câștigători vor primi instrucțiuni privind efectuarea plății și vor trebui să finalizeze plata în termen de 5 zile lucrătoare de la primirea notificării.

UNAIDS își rezervă dreptul de a respinge oricare sau toate ofertele, de a retrage orice bun din procesul de vânzare și de a accepta oferta considerată cea mai avantajoasă pentru Organizație.
