Overview:
UNICEF Moldova is looking to contract a company to provide specialized services as per the following:
- Transportation of 350 ice-lined refrigerators and freezers from warehouse in Chisinau to 326 designated institutions in 36 districts and villages of Moldova as per distribution plan issued by the Ministry of Health (attached)
- Loading, unloading, and handling services
Company qualification and experience
- at least two years of experience in national cargo transport
- demonstrated capacity to complete the work within the required timeline
- valid insurance for cargo and for third party damages
The following documents should be included in the offer:
- Filled and signed Quotation Form (Page 2)
- Price schedule as per the format included at page 2 of the Statement of Work attached as Annex B
- the estimative workplan
- copies of documents which demonstrate company experience and capacity for the services required (fleet, insurance, similar contracts, references)
