UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their offers for costing the 2022-2030 Strategy for Youth Sector Development ‘Youth 2030’ and its implementation programs

Objective: The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Education and Research, to cost the framework for the youth sector strategy its implementation Programs and related action plans. This will further ensure efficient planning of funds and strategic implementation of the National Strategy on Youth 2030, including its implementation programs.

 Qualifications and experience:       

 National research/ consultancy institution with financial, human (child) rights or social profile (specialization in youth policy analysis is a strong asset);

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in research, data and financial analysis and/or consulting;
• Demonstrated previous experience in preparation and/or evaluation of national policies, including financial analysis. Experience in developing and/or evaluating national youth policies will be a strong asset (copies of report summaries);
• Demonstrated experience of work with the Government of the Republic of Moldova is a strong asset;
• Previous work with UNICEF or other UN agencies is an asset.
