Overview:

UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their proposals for providing technical support to assess end-line results for the 2018-2022 Country Programme indicators related to justice for children.

The purpose of the contract is to provide disaggregated data and conduct an end-line assessment through comparing and analysing the findings in relation to the 2018 baseline assessment, for the following 2018-2022 Country Programme indicators:

1. Proportion of prosecutors, police, judges and lawyers believing in successful social re-integration of children offenders and children victims and witnesses of crimes;
2. Proportion of members of the general public believing in successful social re-integration of children offenders and children victims and witnesses of crimes.

To achieve the objective of the assignment the company will provide opinion research services, based on the methodology used for the Baseline assessment, conducted in 2018. The proposed methodology is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
