Overview:

The International Labour Organization (ILO) project "Inclusive and Productive Employment in Moldova" invites qualified bidders to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the piloting of a notification letter system aimed at proactively engaging companies at risk of undeclared work (UDW).

This Request for Quotation includes the following required documents:

1. CV highlighting relevant experience
2. Technical proposal (maximum 5 pages)
3. Financial proposal (maximum 2 pages)
4. Sample of previous work

Interested suppliers are requested to submit the above documents to vrabie@ilo.org by April 1st, 2025, COB, with the subject line "Notification Letters UDW". 

Please note that applications received after the specified deadline, as well as incomplete submissions, will not be considered.
