UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:

Event management support in organizing the Annual Conference "Mentoring with Vision”, 19 December 2025

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFP number LRQS-2025-9201705 in the email subject line.

Application deadline: 11.12.2025, 23:59 (EET)

The bidders  shall consider the following RFQ conditions: 

• • One e-mail for price quotation and other relevant technical information
  • Quotation Form filled and signed. (Pages 2-4) (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa.
  • All quotation documents included in the submission email, no external links.
  • Emailed submissions are clearly marked with the RFQ number: LRQS-2025-9201705 in the email title.
  • Validity period of the quotation - at least 120 days.
  • Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no other UNICEF e-mails in cc
