UNICEF Moldova invites qualified companies to submit proposals for supporting Strengthening and finalising the policy brief "Growing Up Digital in Moldova: Protecting Children’s Rights in a Rapidly Evolving Digital Environment"

Mandatory Requirements

• Separate Submissions: Technical and Price proposals must be sent in separate emails.
• Signed Bid Form: The Request for Proposal for Services Form (pages 3–5) must be completed, signed, and returned with the Technical Proposal.
• No External Links: All files must be attached directly to the email; submissions containing documents uploaded via cloud links (Google Dive, One Drive, WeTransfer etc) will be rejected.
• Validity: Proposals must remain valid for at least 120 days from the submission deadline.
• Partnerships: Any Joint Venture, Consortium, or Subcontracting arrangements must be clearly addressed in the Technical Proposal.
