Overview:

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is seeking proposals under the RFP: National Company/Organization to deliver mentorship programmes in agri-food sector.

UN Women Moldova is seeking a qualified organization/company to develop and implement a 9-month mentorship programme for women entrepreneurs in the agri-food sector.

The programme will support approximately 20 women entrepreneurs, particularly those from vulnerable and marginalized groups, through:

• up to 9 group mentorship sessions on financial management and investment;
• at least 8 hours of individual mentorship per participant;
• development of individual financing and investment plans;
• support in preparing financing applications and accessing suitable financing instruments;
• facilitation of links with financial institutions and support programmes;
• establishment of a stakeholder community of practice to support continued collaboration.

The programme aims to help women entrepreneurs improve financial management, make better investment decisions, access financing, increase productivity and grow their business turnover.
