The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is seeking proposals under the RFP: Specialized Capacity-Building for the Academy for Women in Public Leadership.

UN Women Moldova seeks a qualified company/organization to deliver specialized capacity-building components within the Academy for Women in Public Leadership, supporting women MPs, government officials, mayors, councillors and aspiring women candidates. The assignment will focus on crisis management and safe leadership, strategic communication, negotiation and mediation, and executive coaching, through tailored training, coaching, mentoring and advisory support.
