he United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is seeking proposals under the RFP: Implementation of the Pre-Electoral Academy for Women in Public Leadership, in Moldova. 

UN Women Moldova seeks a qualified company/organization to implement the pre-electoral track of the Academy for Women in Public Leadership, supporting women aspirants and candidates, including young women and women from underrepresented groups. The assignment will cover regional mobilization, outreach and capacity-building activities, including training on political leadership, electoral processes, campaign management, communication and fundraising, ahead of the 2026 and 2027 electoral cycles.
