Overview:

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is seeking proposals under the RFP: Company/ Organization to support Gender-Responsive EU Integration

UN Women Moldova is seeking a qualified organization/company to design and implement the initiative “Navigating Moldova’s EU Integration & Reform Agenda”. The assignment aims to strengthen the preparedness of Moldova’s business community for EU-related legislative and regulatory reforms by providing timely information, practical guidance, learning opportunities and structured policy dialogue, while integrating gender equality and women’s economic empowerment considerations.

The assignment will include an inception phase and stakeholder mapping, delivery of three practical workshops across Moldova, preparation of five technical position papers on priority EU-related reform topics, production of five short educational videos, and monitoring, evaluation and final reporting. Particular attention will be given to SMEs, women-owned and women-led businesses, and companies outside Chișinău, ensuring inclusive and gender-responsive participation throughout the initiative.

The assignment is expected to commence in November 2026 and will have a duration of approximately six months.
