Overview:

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is seeking proposals under the ITB: Company/Organisation to provide Furniture, Equipment and Toys for kindergartens 

UN Women Moldova invites eligible suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of furniture, equipment, textiles, toys and books to equip two crèche groups in two kindergartens located in Varnita (Anenii Noi District) and Sanatauca (Floresti District).

The procurement is divided into four lots:

• Lot 1: Furniture

• Lot 2: Equipment

• Lot 3: Textile

• Lot 4: Toys and books

Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, provided that their bids cover 100% of the items and quantities specified for each selected lot. The goods must meet the minimum technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. The supplier will also be responsible for the assembly and installation of furniture and decorative elements, ensuring that all items are fully set up and ready for use.

The expected delivery deadline is 23 December 2026. Prices must be quoted in MDL, excluding VAT and other applicable indirect taxes.  Bids must be submitted through the Quantum Supplier Portal by the deadline indicated in the tender notice.
