Overview:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Organization of the Staff Retreat for UNDP Moldova, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Purpose: Organization of UNDP Moldova staff retreat

Location: Romania, Iasi, City Center (should there be more options of venues, please provide)

Participants: 120 persons, number of participants and types of rooms may slightly vary

Period: 25 – 27 January 2017 (3 days, 2 nights)

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
