Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your quotation for the provision of event facilities, accommodation, transportation and catering services for a “Summer Business School” organized by the Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme (SCBM), as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by Request for Quotation document and fill in the Quotation Form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

1. a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:
