Overview:

UNDP Moldova invites all interested companies to provide their quotation for provision of design services, estimation of costs and other related professional services, as per attached Form for submitting Supplier's Quotation (available below for download in Word format) not later than 12 May 2017, 12:00 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

1. a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:
   UNDP Moldova
   131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012, Chisinau
   Attention: Registry Office/Procurement
2. b) Offers sent electronically need to be addressed to the following e-mail address:

tenders-Moldova@undp.org

Important: To submit diligent quotations, Offerors are encouraged to inspect the condition of premises subject to rehabilitation/reconstruction. In this respect, UNDP Moldova will organize a field visit to the construction site on 04 May 2017, at 11:00. Representatives of all interested Offerors are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Anna Soltan (anna.soltan@undp.org) by COB on 02 May 2017. If no confirmations will be received by the deadline indicated above, the field visit will be cancelled.
