Overview:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for event facilities, catering and transportation services for the “Mid-year Staff Retreat for UNDP Moldova staff”, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 16 June 2016, 10:30 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
