Overview:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the provision of event facilities, accommodation and catering services for the 5 days Open Data School 2017, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 31 July 2017, 10:30 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
