Overview:

The Moldova Energy and Biomass Project invites professional architectural/engineering/design companies to participate in a tender for development of designs and complete tender/construction documents required for installation and putting into operation of up to 17 biomass heating systems and solar collectors systems for domestic hot-water production.

The overall objective of the assignment is to provide professional architectural/engineering/design works with emphasis on the development of designs and complete tender/construction documents required for installation and putting into operation of up to 17 biomass heating systems and solar collectors systems for domestic hot-water production. 

The design services will also include identification of the most efficient technical solution for heating, development of detailed design and engineering documentation along with complete tender/construction documents including drawings, technical specifications, construction bill of quantities and cost estimates for each heating installation.   

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
