Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, on 27 March 2018 at 14:30 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 27/03/2018: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline until 3rd April, 14:00 (local time). The amendment nr. 1 to the ITB, with deadline extension, is now published.
