Overview:
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), specifically the European Union Confidence Building Measures Programme (hereinafter the EU-CBM V Programme) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for selection of designing/construction company to provide consultancy services in technical assessment, developing of cost estimates and technical supervision of social infrastructure objects located in the security zone of Moldova on both banks of the Nistru river.
Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate files, should be submitted in accordance with Section 3.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 19, 2019 11:00 AM, at Le Roi International Business Center (#29, Sfatul Tarii Street, Chisinau), 6-th floor Conference Room.
