Overview:

UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their proposals for performing the Comprehensive Youth Sector Analysis, Republic of Moldova

 The consultancy is expected to be carried out within a six months period, from June to November 2019.

The objective of this consultancy is to analyse the situation of the Youth sector in Moldova by taking into consideration the socio-demographic and macroeconomic contexts impacting the youth sector development, while also taking into consideration regional and global developments and the Sustainable Development Goals agenda.

 

More specifically the analysis should include:

  1. A context analysis,
  2. An analysis of existing relevant normative frameworks and policies
  3. An analysis of the related costs and finance
  4. An analysis of youth sector performance
  5. An analysis of youth system capacity.
  6. An analysis of the Information sources and their availability.
  7. Development of concrete recommendations and strategic vision with regards to further development of the Youth sector.
