Background

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project Multidimensional response to emerging human security challenges in Moldova that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in this document.

The Project seeks to contract a National Consultant (hereinafter “the Consultant”) to support assessment of the country context for implementation of the commodities market information system and development of sustainable reporting mechanism for farmers on agricultural activity
