Background

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing the Advancing Moldova’s National Climate Change Adaptation Planning Project that requires the services of One Financial and one Climate Change Consultant for integration of the Climate Budget Tagging in the Republic of Moldova.

The aim of the assignment is to support the Government of the Republic of Moldova to develop national climate budget tagging guidance as well as institutional framework that outlines all the necessary steps for implementing the CBT process.
