Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme in Moldova, specifically the Enhancing Democracy in Moldova through Inclusive and Transparent Elections (EDMITE Project), is seeking quotations from  companies to provide services for Development of new versions of the CEC websites: www.cec.md and www.voteaza.md in 2018, as detailed in Annex 1 and 2 of this RFP. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by Request for Proposal document and fill in the Quotation Form attached hereto as Sections 4-7.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
