We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Reconstruction of the UN House Reception area, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2 and Annex 3. On 16 May 2017 at 16:30 UNDP Moldova will organize a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at 131, 31 August 1989 str., Chisinau 2012, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to diana.lisnic@undp.org by 16 May 2017, 12:00. Technical Drawings (Annex 4) can be obtained upon request by contacting Diana Lisnic at the E-mail: diana.lisnic@undp.org. UPDATE 18/05/2017: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for the competition until 26 May 2017, 15:30 (Moldova local time). UPDATE 18/05/2017: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Annex 1 (Technical Specifications) of the Request for Quotation document is amended to make certain corrections in various of its parts. Changes are marked in red within the document. The amended version of Annex 1 is published below. Annex 2a of the Request for Quotation document is also amended in line with changes made above and is published below. Offers can be submitted on or before 23 May 2017, 17:30 (Moldova local time) either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
