Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Moldova kindly requests your Bid for the strengthening of the national air quality monitoring infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova, through delivering, installation, and commissioning of 10 (ten) fully functional and EU-compliant air quality monitoring stations, and upgrading 2 stations that are currently operational, and integrating them into the National Air Quality Monitoring and System, within Invitation to Bid no.ITB26/03170.

To support Bidders during the submission period, a Pre-Proposal Conference shall be conducted as follows:

1. UNDP is hereby publishing the Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting held on 22 January 2026 (including Questions and Answers from Bidders) as well as sharing the editable forms for bid submission (ITB26/03170 - Bidding Forms) and Amendment no.1 to the ITB. The Amendment covers update of Section 3: Data Sheet, Annex 1: Equipment, Services and Technical Specifications and FORM H: Price Schedule.

2. Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting, editable forms for bid submission, revised Section 3: Data Sheet, revised Annex 1: Equipment, Services and Technical Specifications and revised FORM H: Price Schedule are hereby attached for your reference.
