Overview:

WHO Country Office in the Republic of Moldova invites interested companies to submit their offers including filled in annexes related to the Invitation to Bid (attached) for provision of freeze and vaccine&consumables stock monitoring equipment for the National Vaccine Warehouse in the Republic of Moldova, as specified in the Annex 1.Detailed List of requirements and specifications, before 23:59 (local time) on 29 July 2021.

When preparing your offer please take in consideration the following:

1. Brand name and manufacturer should be mentioned along with description of technical specifications of the provided item.
2. No VAT should be included in the price.
3. It is mandatory to provide the earliest possible delivery date for each item, e.g. X working/calendar days from contract signature/order placement.
