Overview:

International Organization for Migration now invites Service Providers/Consulting Firms to provide proposals for the following services: Design of infrastructure works for modernization of ”Criva” Border Crossing Point. More details on the assignment are provided in the Terms of Reference (English and Russian versions) attached to present announcement.

For a detailed information of submission instructions, required format of the technical and financial proposals, please access the Request for Proposal document.

The technical proposal shall comprise dully completed TPF1 – TPF4 forms, as well as, confirmation documents enlisted in the Terms of Reference (CV of proposed staff, company profile, copies of government registration documents and related licenses and authorizations etc.).

The financial proposal shall include price of the services in EUR with VAT 0%, exemption of excise and custom duties acc. to the GD 246 of 08.04.2010. The payment will be made in MDL according to UN operational rate at the date of transfer. Please see the updated UN rates at https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php. The financial proposal shall be password protected. The password shall not be disclosed unless required in written by IOM.

The Proposals must be submitted in PDF format at vpanfilii@iom.int and nbalan@iom.int on or before May 20, 2021, 23:59 (GMT 2+). No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM will hold a pre-bid online conference, on May 11, 2021, 15:00 (GMT 2+). All interested parties are encouraged to participate in order to clarify organizational/administrative matters as well as address technical questions regarding the assignment. In order to register to the conference, please submit to vpanfilii@iom.int the name of the participant and company he/she represents. All clarification questions shall be submitted before the pre-bid conference (before May 11).

Please see attached revised Terms of Reference for the design of infrastructure works. Following works have been excluded: 4. Installation of ground loop equipment for server hardware. 5. Modernization of the electric supply system in the server room. 10. Installation of a support pillar

In addition, please see the revised Criterion III (page 10) from the Request for Proposal. The requirement for General Construction engineer has been excluded.
