Overview:

UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit quotations for didactic materials and school supplies, including educational games, learning materials, books, workbooks and stationery. Detailed specifications, quantities and submission requirements are provided in the attached RFQ and annexes.

IMPORTANT — Delivery and quotation requirements

Please review the technical specifications and delivery requirements before preparing your quotation.

All goods must be delivered DDP (Incoterms 2020) to one warehouse in Chisinau, no later than 21 days from contract signature. Quoted prices must include packaging, transportation, unloading and all other applicable costs under the specified delivery terms.

Prices must be quoted in USD or MDL, excluding VAT, per complete unit, set, pack, box or bottle specified in the RFQ and Price Proposal Form. Where a product line requires a set or pack, the quoted unit price must cover its complete contents.

Partial quotations are accepted for one or more complete RFQ product lines.

Bidders are encouraged to offer recyclable products and products made from recycled materials. Where offers are otherwise equivalent, preference will be given to such products.

Closing date: 05 November 2026, 23:59 EET (Chisinau time).

How to apply: Submit your quotation by email only to chisinautenders@unicef.org, with the subject “LRFQ-2026-9206664”.

Include the completed and signed Price Schedule, Quotation Form and Price Proposal Form (Annex C), together with a technical offer describing the proposed products, including brand, product name, pictures, product links and applicable supporting documents required by the RFQ.

Attach the quotation documents directly to the email. Links to external file-sharing platforms are not accepted. Maximum email size: 20 MB per transmission.
